You can delete your account and all associated data at any time. In the High IQ app, go to Settings > Data & Privacy > Delete Account. This permanently removes all your data from our servers within 30 days, in compliance with GDPR and CCPA requirements. You can also contact us at support for assistance.

Never. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing or any other purposes. Our business model is based on providing value to users, not monetizing your information. We only use anonymized, aggregated data to improve our strain recommendations and never in a way that could identify individual users.

Professor High, our AI research agent, validates and cross-references data points to ensure accuracy. However, actual effects can vary based on individual biology, tolerance, and batch-specific variations in cannabinoid and terpene content.

Professor High searches across dispensary websites, scientific research papers (PubMed, Google Scholar), certified lab results, cannabis databases (Leafly, Weedmaps, AllBud), breeder documentation, and aggregated user reports. All data is validated, cross-referenced, and structured to create comprehensive strain profiles. We prioritize peer-reviewed research and certified lab data over anecdotal reports.

Our strain database is updated nightly. Professor High runs automated research cycles every 24 hours to discover new strains, update existing profiles with fresh lab data, and incorporate new scientific findings. With thousands of strains and new ones appearing regularly, some may not yet be in our database. If you can't find a strain, try searching by alternative names (many strains have nicknames) or check the lineage of similar strains. You can also contact us to request a strain be added. Professor High typically researches and adds requested strains within 48 hours.
